Lucia Warck-Meister holds an MFA from UNA University of the Arts, Buenos Aires. She is the recipient of the following awards: Pollock-Krasner Fellowship, New York; Brooklyn Arts Council Grant; Kore Art Forum Fellowship; Human Impacts Institute Creative Awards; National Endowment for the Arts Grant; SACO6, Antofagasta, Chile; Ibermuseum Prize, and First Prize at the Biennial of Sculpture in Public Spaces, Palm Beach, Florida.
Lucia has been an artist in residence at the American Academy in Rome, Italy, Oolite, Miami; School of Visual Arts: Public Art Residency, New York; TransborderArt, Governors Island, NY; Sculpture Space, Utica; CAMAC, Marnay-Sur-Seine, France; Immigrants Mentoring Program – New York Foundation for the Arts, NY; ISLA, Antofgasta, Chile; and is currently an artist in residency at ART CAKE, New York.
